DEEP TISSUE

MASSAGE

Firmer pressure targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Best for chronic tightness, lower back pain, tight shoulders, or muscle soreness from work or workouts. Our therapists check in throughout the session so pressure always stays in your comfort zone.

HOT STONES

THERAPY

Smooth, heated stones combined with massage technique to melt away tension faster and deeper than hands alone. The warmth relaxes muscles right away, making it a great option if you're carrying a lot of stress or tightness and want maximum relaxation in one visit.
